Man okay, we’ve been looking for a home for like 10 years now. Shit is crazy. So much so to the point where one of our realtors ghosted us and another he is tip-toeing around so she doesn’t ghost us.
Not tip-toeing around but actively avoiding I should say. While also not engaging another broker. Simply asking me to reach out to selling agents (do her job) so that she can still get the credit without working for us much more.
After a series of questioning I said, “in the future, if you are not willing to engage our broker, then please don’t involve me, either.”
Biggest lesson here: If you are going to do something, do it well. This is a form of respect for yourself and others.
