My current workout routine

Man, it became clear to me that as I turn 30, if there is anything remotely significant that I want to do, part of it is lifting. With lifting, there is hunger, and visible work. Visible work is a big one.

So as a balance of frequency but also going in on the muscles, I choose the goat, push-pull-legs routine of course.

But I want to have free weekends and I want to run it 2x/week. So what do I do?

Simple – 2/days every monday, then Tues-Fri we do L-PPL. It’s perfect – let’s see how it goes. 2x/day Mondays, then L, PPL Tues-Fri. Still got evenings to read.
